In Episode 1 of Fuuki Iin to Fuuzoku Katsudou, Shinji transfers to a new academy where he’s surprised to find out he’s the only boy in the entire school. At first, it’s hard for him to fit in, but everything changes when a friendly classmate named Hana approaches him. Their friendship takes a surprising turn when Shinji learns about Hana’s unique responsibilities as part of the school’s public morals committee.
